We're featuring Citrus Fruits this week, and they are all very sweet and tasty! I just wanted to give you a brief description on each of our citrus variety, so that you know what you are buying:
Clementine – This is like a tangerine, but almost always seedless and very easy to peel. Clementines are also very sweet. The exterior is a deep orange color, with a smooth glossy appearance.

New Edamame Flavors at the Poke Counter
Everyone knows that Garlic Edamame is a local favorite for parties, barbecues and get-togethers, but have you tried any of our new Edamame flavors at Foodland?
The Thai Red Curry is essentially the flavor profile that you see on curry in Thai restaurants. Complex flavors of curry paste, kaffir lime and thai basil.

The seasonal Clif bars are always a hit and this year they brought back the awesome spiced pumpkin pie. This one is so good that I asked them to make it year round as the flavor is a perfect combination of cinnamon and nutmeg with subtle pumpkin notes.

Gnu Flavor and Fiber Bars
We recently launched these at all the Foodland stores. What’s great about the Gnu Foods Flavor and Fiber bars is that you get almost half of your recommended daily fiber intake in one bar, they only have about 130 calories and they taste great.
Banana Walnut and the Orange Cranberry are the two top flavors. They are a baked bar and have a wonderfully fresh feel to them.

OnoPops - handmade in Hawaii!
I like to do the Master Cleanse a couple of times a year to help regulate my system and get rid of accumulated toxins.
