So, over the last few weeks, we've been doing a whole lot of cooking steaks.... You may have seen us at one of your favorite locations sampling up our Premium Choice Certified Angus beef.
We've been really trying to get you all to try it and taste the difference...
But... the really cool thing was that I got to talking to alot of people, and it was surprising how many questions were asked about how to pick the right steak to grill.

The Julia Roberts film is a feast for the eyes, the senses, and the heart. See it and then go to a great dinner feast!
I love the scene in the film in which Liz (Julie Roberts) has lunch with a group of her new friends in Italy. She orders their meal and revels in the beauty of the exotic foreign language as it slips off her tongue. When the Italians tell Liz, about the Italian art of "La dolce far niente" - the sweetness of doing nothing... Liz embraces the pleasure of good ... more »
Now that our site has been up for a couple of weeks, I’m sure that the majority of you guys have been able to checkout the Weekly Ad. It’s updated every Wednesday and has a lot to offer in terms of savings. Another great page that offers savings is our Coupons page provided by Coupons.com. The other day, before I went shopping, I went over to the coupons page just to see what was available with no particular items in mind.
There are a bunch of different types of Uhu (Parrotfish), and they all go through different phases as they mature. During these phases, they change colors and some change from male to female. The only way to identify the sex of an Uhu is identifying the type and color. Almost all parrotfish start out as females in the Initial Phase and change to males in the Terminal Phase. Today at the office I cleaned up a mock-up arrangement we’re doing for an awards dinner next week. The flowers were two weeks old so I finally had to toss them in the rubbish but I saved a happy sunflower from the centerpieces and put it on my desk. I had to take pictures to illustrate how just one simple flower can add so much cheer – that’s the magic of flower power! As I sit here working on my laptop and looking at my monitor I feel like the sunflower is smiling at me and….well it ... more »
One of my favorite afternoon snacks is an acai (ah-sah-EE) bowl…I’m eating one right now! For those of you who are well-acquainted with this purple berry from Brazil you know all about the high levels of anti-oxidants and the amazing energy they pack. I am not going to go into great detail about the omega this and the vitamin something that…all that you need to know at this point is that they are delicious and a great way to bring healthy habits to your snacking.
People are always asking me what the difference is between pasteurized and homogenized milk, so I thought I’d try to break it down so it’s easier for everyone to understand.
