Acai Bowl 101

One of my favorite afternoon snacks is an acai (ah-sah-EE) bowl…I’m eating one right now! For those of you who are well-acquainted with this purple berry from Brazil you know all about the high levels of anti-oxidants and the amazing energy they pack. I am not going to go into great detail about the omega this and the vitamin something that…all that you need to know at this point is that they are delicious and a great way to bring healthy habits to your snacking.

Pasteurized? Homogenized? What’s the difference? What do they mean?

People are always asking me what the difference is between pasteurized and homogenized milk, so I thought I’d try to break it down so it’s easier for everyone to understand.

Hey Gang, thought I'd start off my inaugural post for this blog with one of my bestest favorite dishes.

I love this because it's fast, quick.... but it tastes super good too.

This is what you need...

1 whole chicken, about 4 pounds
1 lemon
5 cloves of garlic
