All stores open until 10 p.m. on December 31st (Except for Ala Moana, which will be open until 7 p.m.).
All stores will be open for regular hours on January 1st. All 24 hour stores will open at 6 a.m., including Foodland Beretania, Ewa Beach, Kailua, Kihei, Market City and Pukalani.

What a crazy, busy time of year this is! Not only must we brave the chaos of the mall to buy gifts, but we cook and bake for family and friends, decorate our homes and Christmas trees, attend school programs and social gatherings, write and send out cards, wrap and deliver presents and more. And yet sometimes in the rush to get everyone and everything crossed off our lists, we sometimes forget why we run around like reindeer with no heads. Indeed, we do all this because the holidays are also a time of appreciation, a time to show those who make a difference in our lives how very much we care.

Appreciation is truly a wonderful gift! And part of it's beauty comes from the fact that it can be given in so many forms. While our focus is is often on gifts we purchase, a quick note, a warm thank you, a grateful smile, and a genuine, heartfelt hug can often be as meaningful. For me, the feeling and message really say it all.

So as another year comes to a close, I want to take this opportunity to tell you how very much all of us at Foodland appreciate your business. We know you have many choices of where to shop and we are grateful for your loyalty. One of our company's ten guiding principles states, "Our Customers Make Our Day." And that is so true! You make all of us — from those who work in the stores, who are fortunate to see and serve you, to those of us who work in the office — very happy, for we know we would not be here without you.
