Job Description

The Assistant Store Director position must observe and enforce all store rules and company policies and actively support the Store Director. He/she is responsible to perform all duties of the Store Director in his/her absence and contribute to profitable operation of the store. He/she must be able to handle customer complaints and ensure that all store personnel are courteous to customers. The Assistant Store Director must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code and abide by all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school education with some college background preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years experience in the supermarket industry.
Must successfully pass math test.
Must successfully pass cashier training after hire.
Must successfully pass office clerk training after hire.
