2012 OFFICIAL RULES

(NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

1. TO ENTER
The Foodland and Shane Victorino Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
begins on 4/16/2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. HST on 4/30/2012 (the
“Sweepstakes Period”). There are two different ways to enter:
a. Visit www.foodland.com/sweepstakes within the Sweepstakes Period
and follow the instructions to use your Maika`i Card information to
enter the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person per twenty-four
(24) hour period per email address.

OR

b. Mail a hand-written postcard with your name, address, daytime and
evening telephone number, Maika`i number, and email address to:

Sweepstakes entries will not be accepted at Foodland, Sack N Save, and
Foodland Farms stores. Hand-delivered, mass produced, mechanically
reproduced, machine printed, or typewritten postcards and entries will not
be accepted. All postcards must be postmarked no earlier than 4/16/2012
and received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 4/30/2012 to be eligible. Foodland
Super Market, Limited (the “Sponsor”) shall not be responsible for entries
excluded or deemed ineligible due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control,
including, but not limited to lost, late, insufficient postage, mutilated,
incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, or technological failures of
any kind, or reasons due to the U.S. Postal Service, or acts of God.
All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and receipt
of entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY
a. No purchase necessary to win.
b. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18
years of age.
c. Must be a member of Foodland’s Maika`i Program.
d. Employees of Sponsor, the Shane Victorino Foundation (“SVF”), and
Hawaiian Airlines (“Hawaiian”), and their subsidiaries, affiliates, agents,
and advertising and promotional agencies (together the “Sweepstakes
Parties”) and their immediate families (spouse, children, siblings,
parents, in-laws, and their respective spouses) are ineligible.
e. All federal, state, and local taxes in connection with the value of the
prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
f. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where
prohibited by law.

3. PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
a. Coach class roundtrip tickets for two (2) people originating from
Honolulu, Hawaii to Los Angeles, California on Hawaiian Airlines.
Must be available to depart Honolulu on 7/15/2012 and return on
7/17/2012. All applicable change fees will be applied if the travelers
cannot meet these travel dates. Travelers will be responsible for
making their reservation changes directly with Hawaiian Airlines by
calling the Hawaiian Airlines Reservation Center at (800) 367-5320.
Estimated value of the trip is $1300.
b. Hotel accommodations for two (2) people for up to three (3)
consecutive days and two (2) consecutive nights at a Los Angeles
area hotel.
c. Two (2) tickets to a Philadelphia Phillies vs. Los Angeles Dodgers
Major League Baseball game at Dodger Stadium.
d. Two (2) autographed Shane Victorino jerseys.
e. A chance to meet Shane Victorino in person.
f. A fixed per diem and car rental for the length of travel.
Three (3) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:
An autographed Shane Victorino “Flyin’ Hawaiian Poke” hat from
Foodland Super Market, Limited. Prizes will be mailed to runner-up
winners.
Sponsor reserves the right to amend prizes, including, but not limited to,
travel arrangements and accommodations, baseball game tickets, and the
opportunity to meet with Shane Victorino in person based on availability,
unforeseen, or uncontrollable circumstances. Sponsor, SVF, and Hawaiian
shall not be held responsible if the Grand Prize winner or guest is unable to
make the flight arrangements or other travel/prize arrangements scheduled.
All prize winners will be selected from a random drawing by Sponsor from
all eligible entries. Limit one (1) prize per person, household or address. No
prize substitutions or transfers except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Prizes are not eligible for cash equivalence. The winners will be notified by
email or telephone. Each winner must provide a residential address to
Sponsor. A Post Office Box will not be allowed as a residential address.
The odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of eligible
entries received during the Sweepstakes.

4. DRAWING SCHEDULE & PRIZE ACCEPTANCE
Drawings will be held on or about 5/1/2012.
Each winner will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and
Release of Liability which must be returned within ten (10) calendar days
of date of personal delivery or sender’s postmark. Failure to sign and
return the Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability within ten (10)
calendar days may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his
or her interest in the prize, and the reward of the prize to a substitute
winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. GENERAL
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree:
a. To be bound by the Sweepstakes rules.
b. To release and hold harmless Sponsor, SVF, Hawaiian, and Shane
Victorino, including their shareholders, directors, officers, employees,
subsidiaries, agents, and representatives from any liabilities, claims,
damages, or losses arising out of or relating in any way to the
Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, the acceptance, use,
misuse, or possession of any prize received in the Sweepstakes.
c. To allow the Sponsor, SVF, and Hawaiian to use, without additional
compensation, stipulation, or approval, your name or photo, and/or
likeness and other personal information for advertising or publicity
purposes.
d. To bear sole responsibility for any and all taxes and other liabilities and
obligations resulting from the acceptance and use of your prize.
e. The Sweepstakes is subject to change without notice and all
judgments and decisions made by Sponsor are final. Inaccurate,
fraudulent, or falsified entries, or failure to comply with the
Sweepstakes rules may result in disqualifications or forfeiture of prizes
at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

6. LIST OF WINNERS
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after
5/2/2012 to be received by 5/15/2012 to (limit one list per return address):
