Here’s a great recipe for a pineapple smoothie – a healthy and refreshing summer treat that is sure to be a hit with the entire family:
2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 banana (apple bananas are especially good)
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup mango, berries, or other fruit
½ cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
