Ingredients

1eachfully baked 9" pie crust
2eachor 3 bananas
1eachvanilla custard (see our recipe below)
1Cupheavy cream, whipped to soft peak
2Teaspoonsugar
1⁄2TeaspoonVanilla

Instructions

  1. Slice enough bananas to fill the bottom of the pie crust.
  2. Gently whip the vanilla custard and layer on top of the bananas.
  3. Fold the sugar and vanilla into the whipped cream. Layer on top of the custard.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Just before serving, slice the remaining bananas and lay on the whipped cream.
