|1||each||fully baked 9" pie crust|
|2||each||or 3 bananas|
|1||each||vanilla custard (see our recipe below)|
|1||Cup||heavy cream, whipped to soft peak|
- Slice enough bananas to fill the bottom of the pie crust.
- Gently whip the vanilla custard and layer on top of the bananas.
- Fold the sugar and vanilla into the whipped cream. Layer on top of the custard.
- Just before serving, slice the remaining bananas and lay on the whipped cream.
