2Tablespoonfresh herbs, torn (dill, chives, basil, tarragon)

1⁄4eachlemon or lime, squeeze to juice
2Tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
 eachHo Farms assorted tomatoes, halved (optional)
 eacholives (optional)
 eachapple slices (optional)
 eachdried cranberries (optional)
 eachalmond slivers (optional)
 eachParmesan cheese, shredded (optional)
 eachcucumbers (optional)
 eachsalami, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl and serve.

Notes

This salad basic can be dressed up in many ways. You can add apple slices, dried cranberries, nuts, assorted cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, assorted meats, etc. Take this recipe and experiment with different variations.

You can also experiment with different herbs and different lettuces.
