Ingredients

Filling

4Cupfrozen peach slices
1⁄2stickunsalted butter
4Cupblueberries, fresh or frozen
2Tablespooncornstarch
1⁄2Teaspooncinnamon
3⁄4CupBrown Sugar

Topping

1Teaspoonground nutmeg
2CupBisquick mix
1⁄2Cupmilk
3Tablespoonbutter or margarine, melted
2Tablespoonpacked brown sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°.

Filling:

  1. Put the butter in a 3-quart baking dish. Place the dish in oven until butter is melted and dish is hot, about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, berries, cornstarch, cinnamon, and brown sugar; toss to combine.

Topping:

  1. Stir together remaining ingredients in bowl until dough forms. Do not over mix.
  2. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is deep golden brown and thoroughly baked.

Notes

Serve hot with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
