Chopped Salad

A colorful and tasty salad big enough for a meal. Toss with your favorite local dressing, and enjoy.

Servings 8 Servings

Ingredients  

  • 6 units Hard boiled eggs
  • 1 unit Cucumber diced
  • 0.5 unit Carrot diced
  • 1 unit Head romaine lettuce, chopped thinly
  • 2 cups Red cabbage, chopped thinly
  • 0.25 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 7 ounces Corn nibblets, drained
  • 1 cup Bacon bits
  • 0.5 cup Ham, cubed
  • 0.25 cup Turkey, cubed
  • 1 cup Deli rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 2 units Avocado, chopped
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced

Instructions 

Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss with your favorite local dressing. And enjoy.

Notes

Optional ingredients: Garbanzo beans, tortilla strips, Macadamia nuts and bean sprouts.
