Ingredients

1Poundlump crab meat
1eachlarge egg
1⁄4Cupreal mayonnaise
1⁄4Cupbread crumbs
1TeaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1⁄2TeaspoonOld Bay Seasoning
1⁄2TeaspoonColeman's English Dry Mustard
1Dashtabasco
1Pinchfreshly ground pepper
1PinchSalt
1Cuppanko
 Eachvegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine crab, egg, mayo, crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, mustard, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix to combine and refrigerate 4 hours.
  3. Form into balls using a 1/3-cup measure.
  4. Gently roll the balls in panko and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  5. Gently pan-fry on medium high for about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve with lemons and your favorite sauce.
