Ingredients

1⁄4CupJapanese pickled ginger
1⁄4Cupcilantro
1⁄2eachlemon juiced
1⁄2eachlime juiced
1Dashsesame oil
1Dashliquid smoke
1⁄2Poundspicy ahi poke
1Teaspoontoasted sesame seeds
1⁄4Cupchopped green onion
 eachpepper to taste (or shichimi if preferred)

Instructions

  1. Place the ginger and cilantro in a food processor and mince finely.
  2. In the processor, add in the juice, sesame oil,liquid smoke, and poke and lightly pulse until you achieve the consistency of dip you desire.
  3. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Place in a cold serving bowl, garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and pepper or shicimi.
  4. Serve with sliced French bread or lavosh.
