Ingredients

4eachcloves garlic, chopped
2TablespoonItalian parsley, chopped
1⁄2Tablespoonolive oil
1eachlemon, juiced
1TablespoonSalt
1Teaspoonpepper
3eachRib Eye

Garlic Butter

1stickunsalted butter, softened (1/2 cup)
1⁄2Cupfinely chopped parsley
2Tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1DashWorcestershire sauce
1⁄2Teaspoonminced garlic
1TeaspoonSalt
1⁄4TeaspoonBlack Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Marinate the steak overnight.
  2. Heat a grill. On the high setting, grill the steak approximately 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare.
  3. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes. Slather with a slab of prepared Garlic Butter. Mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes and asparagus make a nice garnish. Serve with extra lemon wedges on the side.

Garlic Butter

  1. Combine ingredients and reserve for use.
  2. Extra butter can be kept in the refrigerator for one week.
