Ingredients

1bagwhite corn tortilla chips
1Cupshredded sharp cheddar
1Cupshredded pepperjack
1containerKalua Pork, room temperature and shredded
1CupLomi Salmon
1Cupfavorite Guacamole
1Cupsour cream seasoned to taste with chili pepper water
1⁄2Cupgreen onion, chopped
1⁄4Cupsliced bottled jalepeno

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Create even layers of chips, cheese, and kalua pork.
  3. Place platter in the oven and bake until cheese has melted, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and place on a trivet or heatproof surface.
  5. Top nachos with lomi salmon, guacamole, sour cream, green onions, and jalapeno slices and serve hot.
