Ingredients

1Packagetaro buns or regular hamburger buns, 8-12 ct
1eachkalua pork, 14 oz.
 Eachpineapple coleslaw (see recipe)
1Cuplilikoi pineapple barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the kalua pork, and have the rest of the ingredients ready.
  2. Serve family style and let each make their own.
  3. Or evenly portion the pork on the bottom half of the buns.
  4. Place a dollop of lilikoi barbecue sauce on the pork. Click here for the recipe
  5. Evenly portion the coleslaw on the pork.
  6. Top with a bun.
