Ingredients

Limeade Pie

1Cancondensed milk (14 oz.)
1Cupfrozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2eachlimes, zest and juice
3eachEggs
1each9" graham cracker crumb pie shell

Topping

1Cupsour cream
3Tablespoonpowdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, limeade, lime zest and juice, and eggs.
  3. Whisk together until well blended.
  4. Pour into prepared pie shell and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Combine sour cream and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  7. Spread over the top of the pie.
  8. Garnish with fresh lime slices.
