Ingredients

1PoundPremium Choice Certified Angus Beef® rib eye, top sirloin, cross rib, etc; very thinly sliced
3⁄4Cupsoy sauce
2Clovegarlic, minced
3⁄4Cupsugar
1⁄2Cupwater
8eacheggs, beaten
 eachflour, as needed
 eachcanola oil, as needed

Dipping Sauce

1⁄3Cupsoy sauce
1Tablespoonrice wine vinegar
1Teaspoonsesame oil
 Pinchred pepper or black pepper

Instructions

Flour meat, dip in beaten eggs, and pan fry in oil.
