Fried rice made extra tasty by the addition of Hawaiian dried beef

Ingredients
| 1⁄4 | Cup | peanut oil |
| 3 | Cup | cooked white rice, day old, dried out uncovered in the fridge |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | green onions, chopped |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | pipikaula, diced |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | bay shrimp |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | lup cheong, portuguese sausage or chorizo, diced |
| 1 | Cup | peas |
| 2 | Teaspoon | garlic, minced |
| 3 | each | eggs |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | soy sauce, dark preferred |
| 2 | Tablespoon | sesame oil |
| | Each | salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
- Heat the oil in the wok.
- Toss in the rice until hot and golden.
- Toss in the green onions, pipikaula, shrimp and sausage.
- Stir in the peas, garlic, eggs, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
