A great way to make shrimp tastier than ever

Ingredients
| 1⁄2 | Cup | fish sauce |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | brown sugar |
| 4 | each | limes, juiced |
| 4 | each | lemons, juiced |
| 2 | each | oranges, zested and juiced |
| 10 | each | basil leaves, julienne |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | cilantro, chopped |
| 1 | stalk | lemongrass, white part only, minced |
| 3 | each | kaffer lime leaves, crushed |
| 2 | Tablespoon | sambal chili sauce |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | peanut oil |
| 10 | each | garlic cloves, finely minced |
| 2 | each | shallots, sliced |
Instructions
- Using a bowl add together the first 10 items and allow the sugar to dissolve about 5 minutes.
- Set aside.
- In a sauce pan heat the peanut oil.
- Fry the minced garlic and shallow in the peanut oil until golden brown and quickly add to your bowl of reserved ingredients.
- Refrigerate marinade for 2 hours before adding in shrimp.
- Allow shrimp to sit in marinade for 30 minutes before grilling.
