Ingredients

1CanCatch and Harvest Tuna (6 oz.) with Lemongrass, Lime, and Ginger, drained
2eachripe tomatoes, diced 3/4"
3Cupshelled edamame, blanched and cooled
1Cupaburage, cut into 1/2" strips
 eachjuice of one lime
1⁄4Cupolive oil
4leafbasil or mint, chiffonade (finely sliced)
1Clovegarlic, minced
1PinchSalt
1Pinchpepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
  2. Add more or less olive oil and lime juice to achieve a smooth consistency on the palate.
