Return Policies

You may return new, unused and unopened items sold and fulfilled by Foodland.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will only be covered if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging or equivalent shipping material as well as packing slip.

All returns must be sent back to our distribution center at the following address:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, soiled, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not covered under our General Returns Policy. We are not responsible for any return costs, product exchange, or reimbursement.

We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.
Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.

Gift Cards: Gift Card orders are “Final Sale” and may not be returned at this time.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact customer service services [at] foodland [dot] com.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process your order once the returns arrive at our Foodland Warehouse.

Items purchased from Foodland.com cannot be returned to a physical store (such as Foodland, Foodland Farms or Sack N Save locations). Items purchased from Foodland.com must be processed through our Foodland Warehouse return center. The address is:

Shipping Policies

Ship one to thirty five items for a standard flat rate shipping of $6 to anywhere in the United States via USPS, with the exception of gift cards & gift boxes. See below for more information about $1 Gift Card Flat Rate shipping & $6 Gift Box shipping.

Ship one to twenty Gift Cards only for a flat rate shipping of $1 to anywhere in the United States via USPS. If Gift Cards are purchased alongside other physical items on the Online Shop, i.e. Reusable Grocery Bags and or Reusable Water Bottles, $1 will be added to the Standard $6 Flat Rate Shipping.

Due to the weight of the contents of each box, we will ship one Gift Box for $6 to anywhere in the United States via USPS. Each additional Gift Box will also have $6 added for shipping. If Gift Boxes are purchased alongside other physical items on the Online Shop, i.e. Reusable Grocery Bags and or Reusable Water Bottles, $6 per gift box will be added to the Standard $6 Flat Rate Shipping.

Typically, orders received are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping times via USPS are estimated at 3-5 business days. Once your item ships from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with USPS tracking information. If you have not received an emailed Shipment Notification within 7-10 business days, please contact services [at] foodland [dot] com and we will provide further assistance.

Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.

Purchase Policies

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are valid methods of payment. Currently, Foodland Gift Cards are not accepted as a method of payment for the Online Shop.

If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, immediately call customer service at (808) 735-7388. Your Gift Card will be cancelled and we will issue a new one for the remaining balance. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced without the original proof of purchase. Foodland.com and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for (i) lost or stolen Gift Cards or (ii) use of any Gift Cards by third parties at Foodland & Sack N Save locations.
