3eachripe avocados, peeled and pitted
3Tablespoonfinely sliced green onion
3Tablespoonfresh-squeezed lime juice
2Tablespoonchopped cilantro leaves
1⁄2Teaspoonground cumin
1⁄2Teaspooncayenne
1⁄4TeaspoonSalt
1Clovegarlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado flesh in a bowl.
  2. Stir in onion, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, cayenne, salt, and garlic.
  3. Refrigerate.
