Chinese Style Pork Hash Recipe

I was browsing this week's ad and something caught my eye... ground pork. My mouth immediately started watering when I started to think about making some pork hash for dinner.

Local Kona Dragonfruit Farm Visit

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting Susie Weaver at Kona Dragonfruit Farm on the Big Island. Let me tell you, I have a whole new appreciation for this unique fruit. Dragonfruit is not easy to grow and requires a lot of meticulous attention. Due to this year's rainy and wet weather, this season's crop was very limited. The few flowers that did grow needed to be hand pollinated at very early in the morning, as this fruit-bearing cactus blooms while it is still dark.
