Seared Spicy Ahi Poke
|8||Ounce||ahi block, seasoned and flash seared, diced 1/2"|
|3||Tablespoon||green onions, finely chopped|
|3||Tablespoon||Maui onion, finely sliced|
|1||Teaspoon||pickled ginger, finely chopped|
| ||Each||sesame oil to taste|
| ||Each||Hawaiian salt to taste|
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust seasonings according to your taste.
- Note: You can make the mayonnaise and sriracha as a side sauce instead of putting it in the poke if you want to have more control of how much mayonnaise you eat.
