Dark Chocolate Sesame Haystacks

A sweet and salty indulgence made with our Maika’i Honey & Macadamia Nut Peanut Butter and Sesame Sticks.

Servings 16 haystacks

Ingredients  

  • 1 bag Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Maika`i Smooth Honey & Macadamia Nut Peanut Butter
  • 1 bag Maika`i Sesame Sticks
  • sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions 

  1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second increments and stir until the chocolate chips have melted completely.
  2. Add peanut butter to melted chocolate and blend well together with a rubber spatula.
  3. Add in the sesame sticks and toss with a rubber spatula until the sticks are completely covered with the chocolate mixture.
  4. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture onto the parchment paper to form little haystacks.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds onto each haystack.
  6. Chill for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
