2 cupsLacinato or Dino Kale (sliced)
1⁄2 cupRoasted Chicken Breast (sliced)
1⁄4 cupcarrots (shredded)
4 tablespoonsRed Onions (thinly sliced)
1⁄4 cupMaika’i Dried Cranberries
1⁄2 cupMaika’i Organic Asian Sesame Dressing
1⁄4 cupMaika’i Wasabi Peas
- In a large salad bowl, combine Kale, Roasted Chicken Breast, Carrots, Red Onions and Maika’i Dried Cranberries.
- Add Maika’i Organic Asian Sesame Dressing and toss.
- Garnish with Maika’i Wasabi Peas.
