Lox Bagels

Ingredients

2  
Everything Bagels (split & toasted)
4 ounces
smoked salmon
4 ounces
cream cheese
1⁄8  
onion (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons
capers
   
Optional (lemon and/or dill for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese to the toasted bagel bottom halves. 
  2. Top with sliced smoked salmon, capers and red onions. Optional: Ganish with lemon and/or dill. 
  3. Place the bagel tops on, cut in half and serve.
