Monkey Bread

Ingredients  

  • 16 ounces buttermilk biscuits
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter(melted)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a fluted tube pan, grease with cooking spray.
  3. Separate biscuits and cut them into quarters. Then roll biscuits into balls. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Drop each biscuit dough ball in melted butter then in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  6. Arrange the biscuit pieces into the fluted tube pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let biscuits rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Cover with a large plate and invert.
  8. To eat, pull biscuit pieces.
