Potato Mac Salad
1⁄2 poundmacaroni, cooked well done, cooled drained
3hard-cooked eggs, cooled, peeled, chopped
4russet potatoes, cooked well done and cubed
1 tablespoongarlic salt
2 1⁄2 cupsBest Foods mayonnaise
1 cupfrozen peas, thawed and drained
1⁄2 cupshredded carrots
- Combine macaroni, potato, garlic salt, vinegar and pepper and mix.
- Fold in the mayonnaise. Fold in the peas, carrots, and chopped eggs.
