Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice

Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice

Ingredients

2 tablespoons
rice vinegar
2 cups
Rice
1 pound
spicy ahi poke (or your favorite variety)
1 bunch
Chinese parsley
1  
stalk green onion
   
oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix sushi rice and rice vinegar together.
  2. Mold about 3 tablespoons of rice into rectangles and pan fry in oil.
  3. Flip the rectangles until all sides become golden brown.
  4. Place crispy rice on paper towels to drain out the oil.
  5. Place desired amount of spicy ahi poke or your favorite poke on top of the crispy rice and garnish with chopped green onion and Chinese parsley.
