Steak Salad With Blue Cheese And Tomatoes
3 ounceslocal spring mix like Dean’s Greens
1 ouncebalsamic vinegar
1 ounceextra virgin olive oil
1sea salt and cracked pepper
1⁄4 cupsliced grape tomatoes
1⁄8 cupblue cheese crumbles
1 tablespoongreen onions
1 cupfried onions
3 ouncesthinly sliced grilled flank steak
- In a chilled bowl, place the greens.
- Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish the dressed greens with tomatoes, blue cheese, onions and steak.
