Guacamole

Full of fresh flavors, Chef Keoni Chang's Guacamole makes for a delicious topping or dip!

Servings 2 Cups

Ingredients  

  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 3 tablespoons finely sliced green onion
  • 3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Mash avocado flesh in a bowl.
  2. Stir in onion, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, cayenne, salt, and garlic.
  3. Refrigerate.
