What We’re Loving This Week

Local Mango

Hooray – one of our very favorite fruits has arrived way ahead of schedule! Locally-grown Hayden, Keitt and Tommy mangoes are here and since we don’t typically get to enjoy sweet, ripe, juicy, tastes-like-the-best-days-of-summer mango this early, we are enjoying every moment of this unexpected treat, especially since they may not be here for long.

Punaluu Sweet Bread & Cookies

Yum! Punaluu bakery has been making pillowy soft sweet breads, rolls and cookies since they opened their Ka‘u bakery in the 1970s, and we are soooo excited that we can now enjoy their locally-baked goodness any time we like. Whether you try Chef Keoni’s recipe for Sweet Bread French Toast or just enjoy a few slices right out of the bag, you can’t go wrong.

LoloYum Snack Mixes

Sure, we all have our favorite recipe for Snack Mix, but it can be tough to find time to make our own. So we love that this sweet, salty, crunchy, yummy bag of this snack mix is now at the ready, no recipe required. From Original to earthy Matcha or togarashi-based Seven Spice, this all-natural, no preservatives local-style snack is seriously “crazy” good.
